You will also supervise the Reception Team to ensure consistent, excellent results.As a hospitality club, we are open later and 7 days a week, so your working hours and days will vary throughout the year.Our goal is to achieve perfection in every customer interaction.
Therefore, we require you to have strong admin computer skills, basic HR and training knowledge, a thirst for learning, and a desire to improve yourself and your team.
Maintaining a friendly and welcoming demeanor when dealing with members, guests, and visitors both on the phone and in person is essential.Hospitality experience and knowledge are essential for this role.This position will fill quickly.
