Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of modern web development technologies and practices, with a strong focus on Node.js, TypeScript, Vue/React/Next.js (or equivalent modern frontend frameworks), PostgreSQL, and AWS. This role demands a proactive individual capable of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and resilient web applications that meet our high standards of functionality, security, and user experience. You will work as part of a team to develop fast, well-tested, and performant code across various web projects in the adtech vertical, leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies, including AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-quality, scalable, and resilient web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, Vue/React/Next.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Deploy and manage cloud-native applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define and achieve project goals.
- Lead the architecture and development of APIs, services, and systems, ensuring they meet our standards for code quality and maintainability.
- Implement security best practices (eg. OWASP guidelines) and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) across all development stages, including secure coding, data encryption, and access control.
- Drive continuous improvement in our development processes through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
- Pixel-perfect implementation of approved UI and designs.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development within the team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a proven track record of developing and deploying production-grade web applications.
- Expertise in Node.js, Vue.js, React, or equivalent frontend frameworks, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS services.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with modern development tools and practices, including Git, Docker, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management & deployment on AWS (e.g. ECS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, Kinesis).
- Proficiency in integrating AI-assisted tools such as Cursor, v0, or Claude Code into development and testing workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Open-mindedness and willingness to learn new programming languages and tools to best serve project needs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in additional languages or frameworks such as Golang.
- Experience with edge computing solutions, e.g., Cloudflare.
- Knowledge of adtech/martech technologies and best practices.
- Experience integrating AI-driven features or ML models into web applications.
- Familiarity with automation platforms like n8n, RelevanceAI, or similar tools.
- Proven track record in developing and scaling high-traffic, large-scale applications.
- Experience with other cloud platforms, e.g., Google Cloud or Azure.
