Your role
Responsibilities
* Supporting day-to-day maintenance operations and addressing real engineering challenges within the Operations division in Railton, Tasmania.
* Investigating problems through root cause analysis and applying practical solutions.
* Monitoring equipment performance and identifying areas for improvement.
* Using data to inform decision-making and drive reliability across the plant.
* Contributing to planning and delivering maintenance activities, shutdowns, and capital projects.
* Participating in reliability and asset improvement projects to shape the future of operations.
* Building leadership skills with opportunities to supervise small teams.

About you
Qualifications
* Completed or be completing a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
* A strong interest in working as part of a team and building effective working relationships.
* A passion for solving complex problems and analyzing data.

* A desire to grow, learn, and take on new challenges.
* Openness to relocating for each rotation, including Railton, TAS and Gladstone, QLD.
