We're hiring a Sales Representative to drive outbound sales for a fast-growing Australian tech platform. This role focuses on engaging small businesses, introducing website solutions, and converting conversations into paying customers.
This is a full-time, 1-month pilot role with potential to extend based on performance.
What You'll Do
* Make outbound calls to small businesses in Australia (Brisbane market)
* Introduce website and domain hosting solutions
* Follow structured scripts while confidently handling objections
* Identify opportunities and convert leads into customers
* Consistently achieve daily activity targets (50 calls/day)
* Log call outcomes and key insights accurately
Requirements
What We're Looking For
* 3-5 years' Experience in outbound sales or telemarketing (sales-focused, not just support)
* Comfortable handling objections and guiding conversations to a sale
* Results-driven and used to working with targets/KPIs
* Experience with AU/US clients is highly preferred
What Success Looks Like
* Consistent daily call output (50 calls/day)
* Ability to move conversations from introduction → interest → conversion
* Comfortable upselling and positioning value (not just reading scripts)
