We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Mount Isa.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the switchboard and reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors. This involves frequent liaison with teams across Queensland to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
* At least two years of experience in a professional legal justice or community services environment is required.
* A Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification is also necessary.
* A minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute is essential.
* Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients is highly valued.
* The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, organisation, and energy in their work.
