* Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for residents.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have responsibility for providing high-quality nursing care to residents with complex needs. They will be working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that each resident receives individualised attention and support.
* To assess the health status of residents on admission as well as during their stay; including assessing physical condition by performing clinical assessments within established time frames as determined by facility policies;
