About The Role
Are you an automation enthusiast looking to make a tangible impact on operational efficiency? We are seeking a talented Automation Specialist to join a forward-thinking team in Toowong. In this role, you will lead the charge in identifying, designing, and implementing sophisticated automation solutions to streamline complex decision-making processes. By reducing manual workloads and enhancing accuracy, you will play a pivotal role in empowering your colleagues to focus on high-level strategic tasks.
What You Will Do:
Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyse and document manual processes that are prime for automation. Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable automation solutions using rule engines, RPA, and workflow tools. Proactively identify the root causes of manual referrals and develop targeted strategies to mitigate them. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including processing times and decision accuracy. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and stay updated on emerging automation technologies.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
At least 3 years of proven experience designing and implementing automation solutions using UiPath. Strong proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, VB.NET, or C#. Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications. Excellent analytical skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving and root cause analysis. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
