Business Development Manager / PM Assistant
Opal Realty, a trusted and fast-growing boutique agency in the coastal Rockingham–Mandurah region, is seeking a Business Development Manager (Property Management) / Property Management Assistant to join our dynamic team.
About the Role
This is a versatile opportunity suited to either an experienced BDM ready to drive new business, or an enthusiastic assistant eager to learn and grow in property management. You will be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, professionalism, and exceptional client care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert new business opportunities in property management.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Support the property management team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Provide excellent communication and customer service to all clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company processes.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident, well-presented, and personable with excellent communication skills.
- Driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Organised with strong attention to detail.
- Willing to learn, with a genuine interest in property management and real estate.
- Licensed (Sales/PM Registration) or willing to obtain.
