About the Opportunity As the Finance Business Partner, you will provide high-level strategic financial and business advice to Local Health District (LHD) Executives, Directors and Senior Leaders. This role partners closely with clinical and non-clinical leaders to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making. As the Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing financial performance functions including budgets, activity-based management and performance monitoring systems
* Leading and contributing to monthly performance review processes, including preparation of integrated performance narratives
* Supporting Facility and Program Managers to deliver effective, efficient financial and business management outcomes
* Developing, monitoring and reporting on budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and forward projections
* Driving continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and reporting
* Partnering with stakeholders to deliver sustainable financial and business strategies aligned to the LHD Strategic Plan
