About The Role
As the
Assistant Store Manager in Kuranda
you will be responsible for the successful operation of the overall business within this busy supermarket. You will be responsible for the team management, development and P&L whilst ensuring the highest quality of goods are being presented and are available to your customers.
Skills & Experience
Previous Supermarket Management experience essential
Fresh Produce experience essential
The ability to train and develop staff
Full P&L accountability
Control department costs such as wastage, wages and other operational costs
Understanding of local market and seasonal trends
Food safety standards
