Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct export and import projects by compiling and verifying documents in line with company guidelines.
* Coordinate logistics, liaising with customers to arrange transport and registrations.
* Develop customer relationships, managing client bases and retention strategies.
* Support tender submissions, contributing to planning, execution, and pricing within required timelines.
* Manage end-to-end job processes from quoting to invoicing.
* Monitor job registrations, tracking orders and stakeholder interactions.
* Solve export and import issues with various stakeholders.
* Enhance departmental processes to meet Export and Import Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Communicate effectively, delivering high-quality customer care and service provider support.
* Investigate service failures or customer concerns.
