**About the Role**
As Planning Manager, you'll own the strategy, financials, and performance for your category - delivering results at pace while building capability in your team. This role offers full end-to-end responsibility, from strategy to execution.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Set and steer strategy for category growth and profitability
- Own and reforecast OTB, ensuring commercial targets are hit
- Lead all planning functions: category, option, replenishment, store grading, and planograms
- Manage WSSI, inventory targets, and promotional calendars
- Coach and develop a team of experienced Planners
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create data-led, customer-first trade strategies
**What You'll Bring**
- Proven Planning Manager experience in high-volume, fast-paced retail
- Strong commercial acumen with full financial ownership of large categories
- Deep expertise in WSSI, OTB, and advanced Excel (macros, pivots, V-lookups)
- Demonstrated success coaching and leading high-performing teams
- Confidence engaging with senior leaders and influencing strategy
