You will play a crucial role in our delivery services, assisting with general warehouse and maintenance tasks and basic repairs.
You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs and circumstances, while delivering exceptional customer service.This position requires a current unrestricted Drivers Licence, National Police Check, NDIS Workers Check and evidence of COVID-19 and current Flu vaccination.About the RoleReceive, inspect, and store incoming goodsAssemble/pick customer orders accurately and on timeUndertake specialised deliveries, install and collect product(s) in a timely and professional mannerFollow scheduled routes and instructions via a digitised portalUndertake correct assembly of equipment and client support through demonstration, adjustment and installationAssist with inventory control and stocktakesUndertake efficient scheduling, time management and administration dutiesMaintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and general warehouse dutiesPerform general maintenance and support duties as requiredProvide excellent customer service with a friendly, can-do attitudePerform basic repairs, cleaning and maintenance of equipmentEnsure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols at all times.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in a warehousing, delivery or healthcare support role (preferred but not essential)Basic computer skills requiredGood physical fitness and attention to detailA proactive and positive attitudeStrong work ethic and punctualityAbility to work independently and in a teamExcellent communication and customer service skillsA good driving recordPolice clearance or willingness to obtain oneNDIS worker check or willingness to obtainEvidence of Covid vaccination and current flu.Why Join Us?
