Parts Coordinator
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong ability to identify and source parts for internal repair orders using OEM catalogues and supplier networks.
Key responsibilities of the Parts Coordinator include preparing accurate quotes in software, aligning parts supply with our systems, and communicating closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operation.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring delivery times, managing delays, and offering alternative solutions when required.
Stock receipt, inventory accuracy management, and maintaining a clean organized parts space are also essential duties of the role.
Supporting stocktakes, supplier returns, and ongoing inventory processes while upholding premium brand standards is critical to success in this position.
