We are seeking to recruit a part-time Care Navigator/Receptionist to join our team serving 9,200 patients. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an office environment and possess good communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls efficiently and courteously while ensuring patient needs are met.
* Triage patient calls using various questioning techniques to develop a comprehensive understanding of their issues and provide appropriate guidance or referrals as needed.
* Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, documenting them clearly in the EMIS system as required.
* Built strong relationships with colleagues, clinicians, and external agencies through effective communication and collaboration.
