Applications are being sought for a Freight Services Support Coordinator position (12 month full-time fixed term) in the Freight Services Department, Geelong.
The Freight Services Support Coordinator role provides administrative and sales support to the Freight Services team.
The Coordinator duties will include:
* taking and managing sales enquiries, including providing freight quotes
* engagement with freight customers and key stakeholders
* maintaining freight databases
* analysis of freight movement within the Company and the industry generally
* general support as required
We are looking for applicants who are:
* self-motivated, and have a can do attitude
* highly organised with excellent time management
* strong in communication and relationship building skills
* adaptable, and able to problem solve
* tech savvy
* collaborative
Previous administrative experience, and a formal qualification in business administration, commerce or a related field is desirable.
