Our team in Cannington are on the lookout for a permanent, Full Time Medical Receptionist to join them in providing the best service and care to our patients.
This role will be split between Cannington/Morley and there will be a need to be flexible to work across our other clinics in the area such as Craigie/Rockingham if needed.
As a Medical Receptionist you will be providing face to face support to patients, acting as the first point of contact to ensure a smooth experience for their appointments. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting the booking of appointments, records management and working with referring medical practitioners.
This is a Full Time position working 38 hours per week.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including
* Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
* Make radiology exam bookings
* General Clerical Duties
* Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
* Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
* Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
We are looking for someone who
* Previous Medical Reception experience is highly advantageous
* Previous administration and/or medical experience highly regarded
* Flexible with shift times between 7.45am - 6pm
* Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
* Previous experience working well under pressure
* Is willing to travel between nearby sites if operationally required
