Williams Law Company is a young law firm headed by an experienced principal who has an excellent reputation for quality legal services. The firm operates in a collaborative and supportive environment and currently features two law clerks and a law graduate, providing a great learning and mentoring culture for developing legal professionals.
Our main areas of practice include commercial and business law, estate planning, trusts, succession advice, and transactional matters, among others.

Qualifications & experience
This is an entry level position which is also adaptable to more experienced candidates.
Tasks & responsibilities
* Providing general administrative support to the legal team
* Assisting clients with their enquiries
* Scheduling appointments
* Welcoming clients
* Processing mail
* Producing documents for execution
* Document management
* With experience, drafting letters and documents.
* Hours are flexible and the workplace is supportive of healthy work/life balance.
* The right candidate will receive excellent on the job training and can take this position as far as they want. For example the right candidate could develop this job into a full time executive assistant, legal secretarial or paralegal position.
* Position can accommodate and would suit applicants in part-time study or school hour availability.
