We're searching for a passionate, skilled and self-motivated butcher to join our expanding team at our Richmond Production Facility. This role will be responsible for ensuring a consistent and high quality product is provided to our stores, online retail and wholesale customers.

Hagen's is a second-generation family-run organic butcher and produce retailer based in Melbourne. With four stores located around the city at the Prahran Market, Queen Victoria Market, Bentleigh and the South Melbourne Market as well as a hugely popular online offering run out of their Warehouse in Richmond, plus plans for future growth. Hagen's provides the community with ethically raised and locally sourced meat and premium organic produce. We are seeking a passionate, skilled and self-motivated Butcher who is experienced in breaking down carcasses, portion control, and sausage production. The perfect person for this role is someone who is organised and can stick to a production schedule. Must genuinely love providing all Hagen's customers with the best quality product.
