Provides clinical leadership, support, and supervision for less experienced clinicians to achieve people-focused, quality care.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver advanced nursing care in the specialty area, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices.Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and supervision to team members.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities.Minimum RequirementsCurrent registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.Post-registration qualification in Chronic Disease Management (Graduate Certificate or higher), with specialization in Wound Care, Stomal Therapy, or Continence, preferably in a community setting.Minimum of three years' experience in the clinical specialty.Demonstrated ability to exercise extended autonomy in clinical decision-making and leadership.Effective communication skills, including proficiency with information technology.Knowledge of evidence-based practice and critical thinking.Ability to supervise, delegate, and negotiate effectively.Commitment to ongoing professional development and mentoring others in the specialty.Additional InformationThis position requires compliance with NSW Health policy directives on occupational assessment, screening, and vaccination against specific diseases, including proof of influenza vaccination.Applicants must be Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents, or hold an eligible visa to work in Australia.For more information, refer to the position description or contact Kamal Singh at 02 6150 7501 or kamal.singh1@health.nsw.gov.au.
