**About the role**:

- Must be mechanically minded
- Provide a high level of support to customers
- Identify spare parts and processing parts sales

**Parts Interpreter is responsible**:

- Accurate and timely communication with service technicians & workshop staff
- Supports the Sales & Business Development Managers
- Provide robust customer relationship support

**About You**
- Previous experience in a similar role in a medium to large business.
- You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organisational skills

You bring to JLG the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, along with good relationship building skills that benefit your interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

A solid foundation of literacy and numeracy skills and previous experience with ERP and computer systems ensures accurate data entry and customer communications.

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Processing Sales: 3 years (required)
- Phone manner: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer support: 2 years (required)

Work Location: In person
