Event Coordinator Role

The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating and managing events at the sporting precinct to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

* Organize and manage events, activities and facility bookings to increase utilization and identify business opportunities.
* Support the coordination of events including setup, logistics and staffing.


Qualifications and Skills:

* Formal tertiary qualification in event management or a related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software packages.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Good knowledge of the local community.
* Strong customer service skills.

As an event coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders to deliver successful events that meet the needs of customers. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
