Seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to lead our local client support team.
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences through on-the-ground functions and services.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in service delivery and/or telecom customer support, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the lead Service Delivery Manager for local clients
* Provide customer support through onboarding, troubleshooting service issues, and delivering regular service reviews
* Maintain device and sim inventory and fulfill dispatch requests
* Collaborate with engineering teams on local testing, troubleshooting, and rollout of new products or upgrades
Australia Office Administrative Duties
* Act as the local interface for the office, including invoice processing and mail handling
* Oversee and manage a small storage unit for IT stock
* Serve as a liaison for Australian regulators
Requirements
* Previous experience in service delivery and/or telecom customer support
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Familiarity with SIM technology, device provisioning, and enterprise client support
* Comfortable handling vendor relationships and small-scale procurement
