We are seeking a reliable and hardworking cook with experience in authentic South Indian cuisine to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience cooking Indian cuisine.
Preference is given to anyone who has experience particularly with South Indian cuisine.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook traditional South Indian dishes (e.g., dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutneys, biryani).
Ensure all meals meet taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.
Manage daily kitchen operations, including food prep and station setup.
Maintain inventory of ingredients and ensure freshness of all food items.
Monitor portion control and minimize food waste.
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations.
