We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Manager to lead our Procurement Operating Model Transformation.
* Proven experience in leading procurement transformation and process redesign.
* Strong knowledge of procurement systems and governance frameworks.
* Proficiency in project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., MS Project).
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.
As a Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for executing the transformation roadmap, uplifting capability, and embedding sustainable change. You will work closely with the Director of Procurement and the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) to deliver a high-impact transformation program.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and implementation of new Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
* Establish governance structures including a Procurement Steering Committee.
* Support category management framework development and capability uplift.
* Manage project scope, risks, and stakeholder engagement across business units.
