Qualifications

* Minimum 1‐2 years supervisory/management experience
* 24/7 shift availability required

Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding QSC, sales, people practices and profit on each shift
* Supervise employees and ensure restaurant operations and procedures are adhered to
* Engage with crew and managers to deliver great business outcomes and bring the Macca's Experience to life on each shift
* Ensure every customer has a memorable McDonald's experience
* Comply with restaurant safety and security standards, investigate incidents and take corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment for all employees and customers
* Escalate safety and security matters to the Restaurant Manager when necessary
* Run a primary system critical for day‐to‐day operations of a 24/7 business
Compensation
Salary: $76,515 – $80,000 per year.
