Therapy Career Opportunities

We offer a supportive transition into our Graduate Program, providing close supervision and ongoing professional development. You will have a manageable caseload to ease into and a dedicated mentor to guide you in your role.

You will work with experienced clinicians, delivering therapy in well-equipped clinics, client's homes, schools, and via telehealth. This will provide opportunities to develop clinical skills and confidence through regular technical training sessions.

The level of talent at our organisation is impressive, with over 45 clinics nationally. Our teams are well connected, allowing access to world-renowned professionals and opportunities to learn from the best minds across Australia.

You'll be part of a close-knit and supportive multi-disciplinary team, collaborating on treatment plans and sharing knowledge to contribute to holistic care approaches for clients.

Your workload will be balanced between in-clinic and in-community settings, allowing flexibility and time management skills to flourish.

We value our team members and guarantee a competitive salary plus flexibility and a range of benefits:

* A collaborative service model where we value all client-related activities, giving you time to spend on extras that help them achieve their goals
* 100 hours of rostered annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours per year, including monthly in-house training, daily team collaboration time, national and state clinical meetings, paid professional development leave, and a professional development allowance
* Up to 12 weeks annual leave per year with additional purchased leave options
* Discounts and benefits from groceries to movie tickets
* Generous paid parental leave
* Time allocated to therapy support activities - more time to spend with clients and the freedom to follow up, communicate, and collaborate on everything needed to achieve their goals

About Your Role As An OT Therapist

About Our Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Occupational Therapy and be eligible for AHPRA registration upon graduating. Additionally, you should have graduated within the last 12 months or plan to graduate in 2025. A full valid driver's license, access to your own vehicle with third-party insurance, and relevant certifications (such as First Aid and CPR) are required.

You should also possess excellent communication and time management skills, attention to detail, and be willing to obtain necessary clearances (such as Working with Children Check, Police Check, and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance).
