PWR’s sister company, MGMT.Exe is looking for a talent manager to join thier growing team! This will be a full-time, work-from-home position and is open to candidates based anywhere within Australia.
MGMT.exe is an influencer management agency based in Australia. MGMT.exe has a strong focus on video gaming talent, working with some of the biggest channels in Australia (multiple 1M+ subscribed YouTube channels). Additionally, they also represent channels based in the UK, Canada, and the USA. They specialise in sourcing branded content, merchandising, content direction & staffing coordination for our talent.
Your Mission is to
- Completing/creating post-campaign reporting templates for brand sponsors
- Building briefing documents for influencers to adhere to
- Building pitch documents to potential brand sponsors
- Miscellaneous research tasks on behalf of clients and MGMT.exe business
- Taking meeting notes on behalf of MGMT.exe staff
- Assisting in execution of brand sponsorship campaigns
- Assisting in events management
About You
Must have
- Robust written and verbal communications skills
- Understanding of social media and content platforms (YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, Discord)
- Stable internet connection at your place of residence
- Own a PC or Laptop that you can work off
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite and similar systems
Nice to have
- Have knowledge of YouTube, Social media, and Twitch influencers
- Have an interest in the video games industry
- Have experience with image editing and/or video editing software e.g. Photoshop, Premiere Pro
- Have an interest in overall talent management and would be open to expanding into a larger role
