Enterprise Account Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. This key position is responsible for driving customer adoption and growth by developing and executing strategic plans that meet or exceed targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or business development, with experience selling to C-level executives in software, cloud, or SaaS markets. They will be able to develop and execute detailed go-to-market plans, build profitable partner ecosystems, and analyze metrics data to evolve strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer adoption and growth.
* Analyze metrics data to identify opportunities for improvement and evolve strategy.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including CXO level executives, software developers, and IT architects.
* Work with partners to develop and execute joint engagement opportunities.
* Assist customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of AWS services and best practices implementations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
* 5+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
* 7+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience.
* PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience.
* Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans.
