Description
In this role, you will: - Execute the program at scale through standardisations of programmatic elements and the identification and implementation of operational efficiencies. - Partner with internal partners to achieve goals, including strong program and project management of complex issues. - Handle and communicate progress against deliverables as needed for successful on-time program completion. - Document program strategy and objectives. - Develop and maintain a detailed plan to monitor and track all program elements. - Bring 'outside the box' thinking to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. - Provide top-level, actionable insight into the performance of the program throughout its lifecycle. - Provide project management, ensuring all Manager Enablement Program initiatives, events and workshops are delivered on time and to the highest quality. - Build and maintain the program website - Development of participant-facing program materials in collaboration with program manager. - Support with the analysis of data and communication of survey insights in collaboration with program manager. - Support the execution of face-to-face and virtual events and workshops.
Minimum Qualifications
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
* Demonstrated ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to complex problems.
* Ability to work effectively with internal partners and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in leading projects and program management.
* Experience in data analysis and the communication of insights through reporting and presentations.
Experience in utilizing CMS, and HTML for building and maintaining websites.
