About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, with excellent communication skills to provide a positive experience for our customers.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
* Taking customer enquiries in store and over the phone, providing timely and accurate information to meet their needs.
* Investigating and resolving customer issues related to therapy equipment, ensuring they receive the best possible support.
* Providing set-up, on-going support, and maintenance for therapy equipment to ensure it is used effectively.
* Fitting customers for masks and recommending the most suitable option based on training provided.
* Offering advice on the safe and effective use of medical equipment, ensuring customers understand its features and benefits.
* Selling new or additional services over the phone, following up on trials and testing results to drive sales conversion.
* Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in the retail premises and displays.
* Handling payments, balancing float, and banking transactions efficiently.
* Managing trial and sales stock levels, reordering as necessary to meet customer demand.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a busy retail or customer service environment.
* Excellent reception skills to provide a welcoming experience for customers.
