The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Narangba branch, specialising in aluminium window and door solutions for residential and commercial projects. You will play a key role in growing our market presence while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs aligned with the annual windows and doors budget
* Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, enhancing G. James' brand presence
* Collaborate with the Sales Manager and wider sales team to meet business objectives
* Prepare and present regular sales reports to management
* Provide professional, responsive customer service to ensure project success
About You
* Proven experience in the windows and doors industry (essential)
* Proven sales experience (essential)
* Proficient with business systems, including MS Office; V6 quoting software preferred
* Strong communication skills
* Customer‑focused, with a proactive approach to feedback and continuous improvement
* Professional, organized, and a positive contributor to team culture
* Current Australian driver's licence
