Your new role
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and industrial sectors.
* Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, contractors, and distributors to build lasting partnerships.
* Drive sales growth
* Provide expert consultation to clients, ensuring they select the right equipment to meet their specific needs.
* Negotiate and finalise contracts, securing deals that align with business objectives and sales targets.
* Deliver engaging equipment demonstrations, educating customers on key features and benefits to enhance product understanding.
* Stay ahead of market trends by monitoring industry developments and competitor activities.
* Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and after-sales support, to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within construction equipment, industrial machinery, or related industries.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* A motivated and goal-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.
