The Role:This is a fast-paced role supporting the most dynamic Agent with exceptional experience and the title of one of the Eastern Suburbs' most successful buyers agents. Officering a chance to work with some of Sydney's most exclusive and newly built properties, as the new Sales Associate/Junior Buyers Agent your day-to-day responsibilities will include both admin and prospecting:
* Be the right-hand person to this busy agent
* Assist in the management of up to 10 plus clients at any one time
* Developing strong relationships with local Real Estate Agents
* Sourcing upcoming opportunities for our clients prior to hitting the market
* Inspecting properties on behalf of clients
* Liaising with clients, agents & solicitors
* Client care from sign-up until settlement
The Candidate:
* Previous experience in Real Estate is Essential
* Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver's license
* Immaculately presented and well-groomed
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Fantastic phone manner
* Possess a strong work ethic
* Must be driven, have great energy & a can-do attitude
