About the role
Our two-hatted, fine-dining restaurant is looking for experienced section waiters and wine professionals to join our dedicated team. We are passionate about exceptional service, fine food, and world class wine, and we are looking for someone who is ready to advance their career in one of the Peninsula's most renowned wineries.
About you
You will be warm and engaging with guests, have proven experience in managing a section, and a keen eye for maintaining the highest service standards. A passion for food, wine, and service is essential, along with the ambition to build a long-term career in the industry. Fine dining experience is favourable, however training and support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver warm, polished, and knowledgeable service
* Provide detailed information about all aspects of our menu and restaurant, as well as our wines and winery
* Deliver food, beverage, and customer service at a high end and professional level
* Take part in regular service, food, wine, and bar trainings through daily briefings, fortnightly tastings, and fun outings.
* Support team operations and help maintain service standards across the business
* Represent the Ten Minutes by Tractor brand with passion and professionalism

What We're Looking For
* Strong F&B knowledge and genuine interest and passion in hospitality and wine (training provided)
* A natural communicator with a calm, professional demeanour
* Must be available Friday to Sunday; more hours available for the right person
* RSA required, WSET Level 2 or above highly regarded
* Knowledge of, or passion for, the Mornington Peninsula wine region is a plus
* Own reliable transport essential as venue is not accessible by public transport
* Current Australian work rights will be required for this role, sponsorship opportunities are not currently available
