We are a team of enthusiasm dedicated to designing and marketing, distributing apparel and accessories which successfully selling domestically and internationally to major department and online stores. Our business has seen a rapid growth in the last a few years, and we are looking for a passionate Digital Marketer join our outstanding fast-growing team. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you are responsible for driving customer acquisition, conversion, and retention through the delivery of a customer-centric performance marketing strategy. Reporting to General Manager, this is a hands-on and highly collaborative role that will own and manage the digital marketing function across all channels for both of our brands.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Specialise in Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, Pinterest marketing strategies.
- Create, implement, monitor paid digital campaigns, full end to end ownership of the media budget, focusing on KPI metrics.
- Manage and optimise website performance, oversee website maintenance, updates, reporting and conversion, reinvent and continually improve customer journeys.
- Monitor and report on consumer buying trends, Regular competitor analysis
- Drive best practice in monitoring, analysing, and optimising overall digital marketing and eCommerce performance including our website performance, conversion rate optimisation, traffic and media (ROAS), across products, pages and customer segments and be able to explain business drivers behind numbers and fluctuations
- Anticipate future platform/Marketplaces, tech and infrastructure needs of the digital commerce business and act upon these in a timely manner, ensuring well positioned for further growth
- Manage content, SEO and SEM strategy
- Monitor and report on consumer buying trends, Regular competitor analysis
- Work within the broader digital team to assist in the improvement of usability, design and content on site, EDM and database, providing insights and analytics on performance
- Develop and mentor junior members, bringing out the best in your direct reports and other colleagues
**To Be Successful**:
- Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills
- A Qualification/Degree in Digital Marketing AND/OR related field
- 5+ years' experience executing digital and ecommerce solutions with Proven experience in driving profitable growth within the e-commerce channel and strong technical understanding and hands-on skills
- Experience at a senior level digital marketing experience, yet comfortable with hands-on execution
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, conversion / optimisation enhancements, hands on experience across multiple channels
- Experience in Project Management through platform changes, upgrades, testing and integration of new technology and systems
