Description
As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering 3-5 projects concurrently, with the support of a dedicated Contract Administrator.
Typical project values range from $500K to $3M.
Key responsibilities include:

End-to-end delivery of commercial projects

Regular communication and progress meetings with clients

Developing and maintaining project programs

Coordinating consultants, suppliers, and authority approvals

Managing budgets, variations, and forecasts

Overseeing subcontractors from award to completion

Leading site coordination with the delivery team

Ensuring QA and compliance for smooth handovers

Preparing client and internal reports

Supporting process improvements and assisting senior PMs
Reporting line: Construction Manager or Project Director
Profile
About You

3-6 years' project management experience

Preference for candidates with a Contract Administrator background

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
