The Role
We are looking for passionate individuals who are dedicated to supporting our clients through compassionate care and empowerment.
Supporting clients to develop and maintain independence, and advocating for the clients and their individual needs.
Delivering personalised support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administering medication, and manual handling using a variety of equipment and aids.
Transporting clients in our wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars and providing community access.
Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.

Attractive hourly rate, starting at $***** + Super + Penalty Rates
Detailed and comprehensive training – the first 6 months includes a detailed learning and development journey

Requirements
Accepting all levels of experience (or no experience); our training schedule will support you through your journey at CPA
