We're seeking passionate individuals with open availability (days, evenings, nights, weekends) to join our team as a Seasonal Customer Experience Specialist.
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers by phone, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
* Answer customer calls with professionalism, courtesy, and thankfulness for the opportunity to address your customer's question or concern.
* Provide personalized support by quickly providing resolutions that meet each customer's unique needs.
* Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Multitask by documenting and researching while engaging with customers during the call to drive the interaction towards an efficient resolution.
* Exceed customer expectations through your phone etiquette, always representing the company in a positive light.
* Exceed expectations in production, call efficiency, schedule adherence, and communication quality.
* Handle escalated concerns with empathy and professionalism, keeping your cool under pressure.
Qualifications:
* Experience in customer service or client support.
* Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
* Familiarity with data entry processes and office software is a plus.
* Multilingual skills are a plus for serving a diverse customer base.
* Analytical mindset to assess feedback and improve service.
* Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic math.
