We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to join our Home and Community Care team. In this role, you will work both autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team to provide wound care, medication management and clinical support for clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide person-centred nursing care in clients' homes
* Administer medications
* Undertake wound care and management
* Complete clinical assessments
About You
* Experience in community, aged care or home care nursing (preferred)
* Strong communication, clinical and assessment skills
* Compassionate, client-focused approach
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Valid working rights in Australia
* Current National Police Check
* AHPRA registration (RN or EN)
* Relevant qualification: Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Diploma of Nursing or Bachelor of Nursing
