Our Merchandise and Fertilizer Administration Support Team is expanding. We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our Forbes branch, where you will be responsible for providing top-notch administration support services to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries
* Process customer orders for fertilizer and merchandise accounts in a timely manner
* Assist with managing sales, inventory, and driving performance of merchandise products
Administrative Tasks
* Perform general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods
* Assist customers with account and product enquiries
* Process counter sales
Requirements
* Experience with Excel, SAP & PowerBi
* Strong computer literacy and MS suite skills
* Previous customer service or sales experience in the agricultural sector
