Contract Management Specialist

This role is responsible for coordinating documentation, issuing contracts and purchase orders, tracking costs, and supporting communication across all stages of the build.

About the Role:

* Prepare and administer head contracts and subcontractor agreements (MBAV or AS formats)
">
* Manage contract variations, RFIs, EOTs, and related documentation
">
* Issue purchase orders and assist with subcontractor engagement
">
* Track and report on project costs against budgets
">
* Coordinate compliance documentation, permits, safety files, and insurances
">
* Maintain accurate records and support internal systems improvements
">
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines and contractual obligations are met
">

What We're Looking For:
">
">
* 2–3+ years' experience in a Contracts Administrator role within construction
">
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts (MBAV, AS or equivalent)
">
* Background in high-end residential or mixed-use projects preferred
">
* Proficiency with project management software
">
* Strong attention to detail and confident communication skills
">
* Solid understanding of permits, compliance and domestic building regulations
">
