PROJECT MANAGER
MARS Building is an established regional builder, operating across multiple sectors of the construction industry, teaming up with both Public and Private clients. Our Projects ranging from Heritage Restorations, Multi unit developments, and Commercial Projects. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Project Manager, to take on some exciting design and construct projects, in the Residential Class and 2 areas.

MARS have a growing presents in the Mid North Coast region, and looking to establish for long term Growth. Due to a number of projects commencing, and also other projects in there early stage we require an experienced Project Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.
The ideal applicant will be required to manage a range of Projects from multi residential to Commercial projects, .
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing cash flow and cost reporting, negotiating trades, QA, project scheduling and programming, submission of claims and OH&S. To be considered for this role you must have previous Site / Project Management experience delivering building projects above $5m plus in value.
You will be:-
* Liaising with clients, councils, financial institutions and building trades, as well as working to deadlines & budgets
* Managing project costs and schedules
* Providing clear and focused leadership to project teams
* Project planning and execution and managing the activities of design, procurement and construction through regular reviews of progress and costs
* Proposing alternatives solutions to overcome project problems
* Remuneration is negotiable and would reflect the experience of applicants
