Purpose As the Finance Officer, you will be an essential member of the Accor Shared Services team, playing a key role in review & reconciliation for a cluster of properties within the Accor Apartments & Realty portfolio. This position is ideal for a detail orientated individual who is seeking to work in an exciting, dynamic and supportive environment. Primary Responsibilities Ensure the accurate & timely audit of property financial data across multiple properties Follow up & ensure all property audits are resolved and completed within internal audit guidelines Provide insight to the finance manger on property audit progression Perform system reconciliations back to selected payments received Communicate to the property operations team, through the standardised method, regarding any unreconcilable items Other general daily/monthly administration duties Skills and Experience Experience working in an administration role or similar High level of analytical and problem-solving skills Organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously An inquisitive mind and enthusiasm to ensure things reconcile
