About the Role:
* Client Relationship Specialists form part of the Regional Team, providing essential support to Account Managers (Rural and Branch Managers). They play a key role in developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and helping clients achieve their goals.
* As a formal point of contact for clients, you will oversee the entire client journey from initial request to successful settlement. You will also initiate branch prudential management tasks, conduct comprehensive Compliance Due Diligence (CDD), including Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) and Know Your Client (KYC) requirements, and perform other operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare loan applications that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
* Interpret and execute branch prudential management tasks efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records of loan arrears and accounts, taking prompt action as necessary.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
Skills and Qualifications:
* A strong interest in food and agribusiness, preferably with relevant experience.
* A client-focused approach with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
* Financial literacy in agribusiness, with a solid understanding of industry trends and best practices.
