The Opportunity
An opportunity exists for a motivated HR Advisor to provide broad HR support across all areas of the employee lifecycle. Based in Darwin and reporting to the HR Manager, this role works closely with leaders and employees to deliver outcomes across culture, capability, and performance.
You will gain exposure to the full HR generalist portfolio including employee relations, workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and engagement initiatives. This is a career-defining role for a professional seeking both stability and the chance to make a real impact.

What We Are Looking For
Proven experience as an HR Advisor or HR Generalist in a medium-to-large organisation
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and enterprise agreements
Capability in managing ER / IR matters, performance, investigations, and recruitment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels
Resilience, adaptability, and a collaborative approach
