Job Overview

The Site Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our site team. This includes coordinating administrative tasks, facilitating communication among team members, and providing support to site managers.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Reconciling daily timesheets and generating monthly claims
* Booking travel and managing fatigue levels
* Assisting with training and onboarding new staff
* Reporting on completions and supporting site managers


Requirements

* Previous experience in site-based administration
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to health and safety practices
* White/Blue Card (construction induction)
* Current QAL/BSL/RTAY Blue Medipass (or willingness to obtain)
