Ansell Chiropractic is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist Adman to join our clinic in Mundingburra, QLD. As a casual receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and supporting the smooth running of our practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and caring healthcare environment.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and friendly manner
* Booking and rescheduling patient appointments
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls
* Maintaining patient records and files
* Assisting with general administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role advantagious
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in using computer systems and various software
* A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
* Flexibility to work as a casual employee
* Must be available for 7.30 shift starts or 6pm shift finishes
* Availability to work flexible days and hours for this 20 hour per week position
* Australian citizenship is required for this position
