The South Australian West Coast ACCHO Network is seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of General Manager, Operations.
This senior leadership position will play a key role in strengthening organisational systems and supporting the delivery of regional health outcomes.
As a network, we work collaboratively to build capacity, advocate as one voice and deliver solutions designed for our communities.
The successful candidate will oversee a small team and be responsible for leading organisational systems improvement, overseeing IT initiatives and contract management, managing HR functions and supporting finance management.
* Leading organisational systems improvement and business process development
* Overseeing IT initiatives, contract management, and compliance frameworks
* Managing HR functions, including recruitment, performance, and staff development
* Supporting finance management, risk management, and reporting to Directors
* Deep understanding of Aboriginal culture and ways of doing business
* Experience working with Aboriginal communities, organisations, and the ACCHO sector
* Strong operations management experience, preferably in the non-profit sector
* Expertise in HR, contract management, risk, and compliance frameworks
* Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
