Base pay range
A$115,000.00/yr - A$130,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Due to project wins with local clients, this studio seeks a Project Leader. Reporting into Associates, this individual will have experience in the Gold Coast market to assist in delivering projects in the Gold Coast. A Project Leader will have a good sense of Design and Project Delivery experience. Well rounded, with the ability to be hands on in technical documentation, being the point of contact with Client and Consultants, this individual will be a strong all rounder.
This is an prospect to work with design focused professionals who are committed to contributing to Brisbane's placemaking initiatives.
Ideal Skillset
Bachelor of Architecture, with 10+ years experience.
Ideally Qld Board of Architects Registration.
Multi Residential project experience, ideally in Gold Coast.
Detailed orientated, Technical knowledge expert
Excellent communication skills to work closely with a client who is also an Architect.
Pedigree from leading Queensland Design studios would be ideal.
